You are not in pain or dealing with an injury. You’re interested in a long term plan to develop full body resilience and injury prevention. After the movement screening process we’ll have a good idea as to where you're weakest links are.  If indicated manual therapy will be implemented at the beginning of the session to address your body’s mobility limitations. Hands-on Movement coaching will begin by ensuring you can own your body weight. This is the foundation for resilience and injury prevention.

Owning your body weight is the definition of the word “Calisthenics”. The word Calisthenics comes to us from the Greek word “Kalos-sthenos”. “Kalos”  = Beauty      “sthenos” = Strength. Owning your own body weight is an expression of “Beautiful Strength”

This physical quality helps ensure movement health & wellness which leads to an active injury free lifestyle.

There are no fancy bells & whistles. We use gravity, your body weight, manual resistance, resistance bands, &/or Kettlebells as tools to aide in your continual growth and expression of “Kalos-sthenos”.
